Mr. Wali ul Islam is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of LankaBangla Securities Ltd. After completing his Bachelors Mr. Wali ul Islam joined as an Audit assistant in 1994 at the Rahman Rahman Huq Chartered Accountancy firm. He was subsequently attached to young An Hat (BD) Ltd as a manager of Accounts and then joined Vanik Bangladesh Limited in 1997. He worked in Hotel Sariana Ltd as a Manager of Finance from 2004 to 2007, before returning to LankaBangla Securities Ltd.

Mr Khairul Anam has completed his Bachelor degree from Chittagong University in 1992. He has over Eleven years of experience in the equities market. He has received extensive training on VECTOR (Versatile Engine for Centralized Trading and On-line Reporting) by CMC Ltd, Mumbai, India.

Mr. S.A.R. MD. Muinul Islam is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of LankaBangla Securities Ltd since September 2010. He has a dazzling track record in software industry, where he served LEADS Corporation Limited from 1996 to the date of joining LankaBangla Securities. Mr. Islam is a Masters from Chittagong University in Economics subsequently attached him software development and receiving many extensive training like Project Management,  PRINCE2, Overview to CMMI, Quality Management, Quality Audit and Inspection, Software Metrics, Software Estimation, Configuration Management and many more. Mr. Islam is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) accredited by Project Management Institute (PMI), USA and also registered PRINCE2 Practitioner by APMG, Office of Government Commerce, UK. He is a member of Project Management Institute (PMI), USA. He acquired the Certification in IBM Information Management DB2 Technical Mastery V2. He has exclusive experience on Quality Model CMMI and ISO, Project Management Methodology PRINCE2 and PMP, Domain Expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), capital market, financial application, petroleum, Jute and steel sectors.

Mr Mohammad Amir Hossain has completed his Bachelor degree from the National University in 1994. He has over twelve years of experience in the stock market. He has received extensive training on VECTOR (Versatile Engine for Centralized Training and On-line Reporting).
