Mohammed Nasir Uddin Chowdhury has 25 years of capital and money market exposure and presently he is the Managing Director of LankaBangla Securities Ltd (LBSL). Before that Mr. Chowdhury served as the Managing Director of LankaBangla Finance Limited (LBFL). He is current Director of Chittagong Stock Exchange Ltd and MIDAS Financing Ltd. Mr. Chowdhury served as the Senior Vice President and Director of Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited and was the president of BMBA (Bangladesh Merchant Bankers Association) in different tenure. He is also the board director of Bengal meat Industries Ltd, BD Venture Ltd and FinExcel Ltd. He is engaged with different social clubs and alumni Association. He is the proud founder member of RAMU Golf and Country Club and Vice Chairman of OFA (Old Faujian’s Association, Central governing body). He attended leadership program on ‘Authentic Leadership Development’ from Harvard Business School, Boston, USA. He is a prominent private equity arranger and successfully arranged financing for many start-ups in Bangladesh.Mr. Chowdhury completed his graduation and post-graduation from the University of Chittagong.

Mr. Khandoker Saffat Reza is the Chief Executive Officer and Director of LankaBangla Securities PLC. Mr. Saffat has previously worked with the Standard Chartered Bank as Director-Investors and Intermediaries, Financial Institutions Bangladesh. In his 14 years of career as a Banker, he has worked in different capacity at the Standard Chartered Bank. He has vast experience in trade finance, foreign exchanges, credit management and custody services for Foreign Institutional Investors. He is privileged to have worked closely with the regulators and other stakeholders in order to develop the capital market of the country. He is an alumni of North South University and has acquired several core functional, managerial and leadership trainings both in home and abroad.

Mr. S.A.R. Md. Muinul Islam is the Chief Technology Officer & Director of LankaBangla Securities Ltd.; whose role is to transform business goals through technology. He has more than 27 years of proven expertise in the software industry, while holding PMP and PRINCE2 Practitioner, IBM Information Management DB2 certification. He has exclusive experience on Quality Model CMMI and ISO, Project Management Methodology PRINCE2 & PMP, and domain expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), capital market, financial application, petroleum, jute and steel sectors. He has completed dual post-graduation in Computer Science & Engineering and Economics.

Mr. Mohammad Amir Hossain is the Senior General Manager & Regional Chief-Chattogram at LankaBangla Securities Limited, and has one of the most vital roles of managing and generating business in the Chattogram region. Mr. Amir has set a higher benchmark for all when it comes to leadership and business skills. He has enriched his knowledge through extensive training on VECTOR (Versatile Engine for Centralized Training and On-line Reporting) by CMC Ltd, Mumbai, India and participated in a training on “Financial Derivatives” organized by Chittagong Stock Exchange Limited (CSE) in joint collaboration with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE). He has also attended Leadership Development Training on the Executive Program on Corporate Management (EPCM) organized by AOTS in Japan. He has completed his graduation from Chittagong University. He has obtained an MBA from Southern University, Bangladesh.

Mr. Mohammad Shaidus Zaman is the Chief Financial Officer & Head of Operations, LankaBangla Securities Limited. Before joining LankaBangla, he served as the Head of Accounts in Computer Source Limited. Prior to that, he started his professional career in 2005 with a Leading CA Firm HodaVasi Chowdhury & Co. He has been in the field of Finance and Accounting for more than 20 years, specifically emphasizing on financial reporting, management reporting, regulatory compliance of Tax & VAT and in internal control and compliance through Internal Audit and Reporting. He also got himself trained in several managerial, leadership and professional trainings. He has obtained Master’s in Accounting and completed the Chartered Accountancy Articleship. He is the CAMLCO (Chief Anti Money Laundering Compliance Officer) of the company.

Mr. Mohammad Mahmud Elahi is serving as serving as DGM and Area Head of North Region. He is with LankaBangla Securities for the last 22 years. He started his career with LankaBangla Securities from 2002. Being an experienced stock broker in the market for challenging opportunities, he is always keen on acquiring new knowledge and skill to help maximize revenue through stock dealings and other financial ventures. He is a dedicated Branch Manager with the organizational and leadership skills to oversee overall branch operations efficiently and successfully. Mr. Elahi is committed to effective and innovative management techniques to ensure the success of LankaBangla Securities Ltd. He completed his post-graduation from The People’s University of Bangladesh. Mr. Elahi has done a number of training on management and leadership from renowned institutions like IBA and the University of Dhaka. He has completed different capital market training in Bangladesh Stock Exchange and Indonesian Stock Exchange. He has also done leadership and management training from Sri Lanka.

Mr. Md. Mosharef Hossain is serving as DGM and Area Head of South Region. With 19 years of experience, he has been an important member of LankaBangla Securities family. Previously he worked as Chief Trading Officer at AIBL Capital Market Ltd. He completed his post-graduation from American International University Bangladesh. He participated in different trainings on capital market, trading and analysis. He is regarded as a man of ethics and committed to his delivery. With his self-set standards and experience, he’s an idol to his colleagues. With his trading expertise, LankaBangla Securities Ltd. continues to drive smoothly through the capital market and its opportunities and challenges for the days ahead.

Mr. Saif Ahmed Chowdhury is serving as the Head of Risk Management. He has been working with LBSL from the last 17 years in different capacities and being specializes in developing business strategies, new product development, procurement, financial accounting, financial management, budgets, compliance, and AML/CFT regulations. He has been serving as Secretary of the ICC Committee, AML/CFT Committee, and CRM Committee of the company. He is the Deputy CAMLCO of LankaBangla Securities Ltd. Mr. Saif has obtained Master’s in Management from National University. He has also completed C.A. articleship and passed PE-1 from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh. He has also completed his post-graduate diploma in Risk and Compliance Management from Edupro, UK. He has received various training on capital market, equity market, compliance, credit risk management from different renowned institutions like BSEC, DSE, CSE. He completed training on Equities and Derivatives and Algorithmic Trading from the Institute of Business Administration, Dhaka University. Moreover, he has training on Fraud & Forensic Accounting from a Netherland based Consulting firm. He has also attended an overseas training Program on Eco Business Innovation organized by AOTS in Osaka, Japan. He also has training on ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification from TuvSud South Asia. He is also a member of the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS), USA.

Mr. Rehan Muhammad is the Head of Institutional and Foreign Trade of LankaBangla Securities Limited. Within a span of 16 years of his corporate career, he has evolved as a versatile professional through working with the research team, establishing partnership with highly reputed international brokers, initiating new products like (NITA) for non-resident individual investors, and delegating responsibility to establish a substantial market share in foreign trading. Moreover, he has served as the Branch Manager at Principal Office of LBSL for 2 years, along with his existing responsibilities. He completed his under graduation with a concentration in Finance & Accounting from North South University, achieving Magna Cum Laude Honor. Later, he pursued his Executive MBA from BRAC University in Finance & Banking, with Vice Chancellor’s Distinction. He is also a member of Kurmitola Golf Club.

Ms. Kyrunnessa is serving as the Company Secretary of LankaBangla Securities Ltd. Besides, she is responsible for the Internal Control and Regulatory Reporting position. Prior to assigning this role, she worked in the Operations Division of LankaBangla Finance Ltd for over 5 years. Before joining LankaBangla Group she worked in BASF, a world leading German Based MNC. Ms. Kyrunnessa has an outstanding career of more than 12 years in different Professional Role and Management Levels. She is a Professional Accountant and a Fellow Member of The Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh and presently in the final stage to complete ACCA, another Professional degree in Chartered Accounting recognized globally. She has completed her BBA & MBA in Accounting and Information Systems from Rajshahi University. She has hands-on experience to work from ground level to her current position meeting different KPIs in different accounting and financial branches. Moreover, she has expertise on regulatory and compliance related issues.

Mr. Touhidur Nur is serving as the Head of Human Resource. With more than 16 years of experience, he is specialized in people management, human resource, budget planning. Mr. Nur is an innovative Human Resources Professional with positive and achievement-oriented attitude, who enjoys challenges and has determination to exceed expectations, also considered to be a hardworking, lively person with an elegance for communication and enthusiasm. Before joining LankaBangla Securities Ltd., he worked at BRAC EPL Investments Ltd. and BRAC EPL Stock Brokerage Ltd. in Human Resource Department. He has also completed a post-graduation diploma on Human Resource Management from Bangladesh Institute of Management.
