Humaira Azam, has joined as the Managing Director of LankaBangla Finance PLC. on August 2024. Humaira Azam, a distinguished leader with 34 years of experience in the financial industry, is known for her exceptional ability to drive business turnarounds and deliver outstanding leadership in challenging and multicultural environments. Humaira Azam is the first female Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of any bank and NBFI in Bangladesh namely Trust Bank Limited and IPDC Finance PLC. Her vast expertise spans corporate and commercial banking, foreign trade, treasury, retail banking, special assets, branch banking, Islamic banking, credit management, capital management, financial institutions and securities.

Ashraful Hadi is a highly experienced Barrister-at-Law and Advocate at the Supreme Court of Bangladesh with over 21 years of experience. He has a great deal of experience handling a variety of legal issues, such as PPP projects, banking and securities, energy and infrastructure projects, foreign investments, international trade, project financing, syndicated financing, bond issue IPO and securitization, taxation and revenue-related consultancy and litigation with revenue authorities, constitutional law matters, land acquisition-related matters, employment and labor-related matters, admiralty/shipping litigation, company law matters, and more. Additionally, he has participated in local and international commercial arbitrations as well as conflicts involving international commerce in a variety of forums, including the ICC, ICSID, and AIAC. His experienced in dealing with local and foreign arbitrations involving complex energy disputes, engineering and construction disputes, transportation and commodity disputes have been highly commended by the clients. He currently serves as Founding Partner at Alliance Laws. He was former partner in Dr Kamal Hossain and Associates and also previously had worked briefly with Eversheds LLP, a renowned international law firm in England, in its Shipping & International Trade division. Mr. Mohammad Shaidus Zaman is the Head of Operations, LankaBangla Securities Limited. Before joining LankaBangla, he served as the Head of Accounts in Computer Source Limited. Prior to that, he started his professional career in 2005 with a Leading CA Firm HodaVasi Chowdhury & Co. He has been in the field of Finance and Accounting for more than 17 years, specifically emphasizing on financial reporting, management reporting, regulatory compliance of Tax & VAT and in internal control and compliance through Internal Audit and Reporting. He also got himself trained in several managerial, leadership and professional trainings. He has obtained Master’s in Accounting and completed the Chartered Accountancy Articleship. He is the CAMLCO (Chief Anti Money Laundering Compliance Officer) of the company.

Mr. Mohammad Mahmud Elahi is serving as the Senior AGM and Branch In-Charge of Principal Branch and Area Head – South. He is with LankaBangla Securities for the last 21 years. He started his career with LankaBangla Securities from 2002. Being an experienced stock broker in the market for challenging opportunities, he is always keen on acquiring new knowledge and skill to help maximize revenue through stock dealings and other financial ventures. Mr. Rehan Muhammad is the Head of Institutional and Foreign Trade of LankaBangla Securities Limited. Within a span of 16 years of his corporate career, he has evolved as a versatile professional through working with the research team, establishing partnership with highly reputed international brokers, initiating new products like (NITA) for non-resident individual investors, and delegating responsibility to establish a substantial market share in foreign trading. Moreover, he has served as the Branch Manager at Principal Office of LBSL for 2 years, along with his existing responsibilities. He completed his under graduation with a concentration in Finance & Accounting from North South University, achieving Magna Cum Laude Honor.
